What We Can Do, With Whom We Work

We will work with a $1M-$10M company–though not really any cap–as an adjunct staff member(s) to get the company out a leadership rut that it (and other companies like it) have created, by building new maps, new roads and turbocharging the vehicle for growth.

We will only work with a CEO who is committed to change and servant leadership: one who can describe 3 (systemic) changes they’ve made in the past two years and how they embody the values of service, employee care and customer delight.
